These terms are between you and Senzu Labs LLC.

Accepting These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using GYMTIME, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GYMTIME.

Apple App Store License

If you download GYMTIME from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to your license to use the app. These terms supplement that agreement. If they conflict about the app license, Apple’s agreement controls.

What GYMTIME Provides

GYMTIME keeps apps you choose blocked until you check in at your gym. It uses Apple’s Screen Time features to block apps and your device’s location to verify check-ins, and offers reminders and progress tracking. Features and availability may change as we improve the service.

Not Medical or Fitness Advice

GYMTIME is a tool to help you build a gym habit. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional fitness guidance. Exercise carries a risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting an exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a health condition, and stop exercising if you feel pain or unwell. GYMTIME does not guarantee a particular fitness or health outcome.

GYMTIME is not a parental-control or safety tool. App blocking depends on Apple’s Screen Time features, your device settings, and location accuracy, and it may not work in every situation. Do not rely on GYMTIME to restrict access for someone else or to keep anyone safe. Do not use GYMTIME for emergencies.

Age Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms to use GYMTIME. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use GYMTIME unlawfully or to harm, threaten, or deceive others.
• Interfere with the service, probe its security, introduce malicious code, or bypass technical limits.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit GYMTIME except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing terms are shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple are billed and managed by your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If an offer includes a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless canceled at least 24 hours before then. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; Apple handles eligible refund requests for App Store purchases.

Third-Party Services

GYMTIME relies on third-party services, including Apple’s Screen Time, location, and payment services. We do not control those services and do not guarantee that they will always be available, accurate, or error-free.

Ownership

GYMTIME, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Senzu Labs LLC and its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using GYMTIME at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address a breach of these terms, or protect the service. Provisions that logically continue after termination will survive.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GYMTIME is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Senzu Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of GYMTIME. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update GYMTIME and these terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required. Continuing to use GYMTIME after updated terms take effect means you accept them.

Governing Law

Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
