Common Troubleshooting

Screen Time / App Blocking Issues

If GYMTIME is not blocking your selected apps correctly:

  • Ensure Screen Time permissions are granted during onboarding or via your device Settings under Screen Time.
  • Make sure you have selected the specific apps you wish to block.
  • Without an active Pro subscription, app blocking is not enforced.

Gym Check-in Verification

If check-in verification is failing:

  • Verify that Location Services are enabled on your device and that GYMTIME has permission to access your location.
  • Ensure you are physically within the range of your selected gym location when tapping "Check In".
